If you are taking BA this book is keyed to the newer text-books. Acing BA is an excellent resource to read and then look into this book if you want more of a test prep because it has quizzes built in.
That's your answer to if you should buy this or not. YES! Do not wait, don't guess, it is simple, explains all the things you can't understand and has amazingly relevant and similar questions to what you will be tested on. More in depth than you need but you'll be beyond prepared for your test.
This book really lays out Agency, Partnerships, and LLCs in a super easy to understand way. The language is really clear. You don't have to have a legal dictionary to understand it. I LOVED this E&E. the examples are relatable and not so wordy that you get lost, and the explanations are right after each problem so you don't have to keep flipping back and forth. This is a great book and will definitely help you make an A!
