This book has a generous (almost) 90 recipes, but only 50 of them are slow cooker. So not all the recipes are made for the slow cooker. I also found the recipe categorization a little confusing. For example, chicken and turkey were listed in both the "Meat" recipes AND in the poultry recipes. Drinks and Desserts also shared a category and that seems like it should be two different categories.Additionally, I noted several editing errors throughout the book. For instance, Sweet Juice (and several other recipes in the "Drinks and Dessert" chapter - has a subtitle of Tarragon and Pepper Pasta salad - so I'm pretty sure that's a mistake considering it's in the chapter on drinks and desserts and the recipe contains neither Tarragon or pasta.Some of the recipes also contained mistakes that made them difficult or impossible to follow. For example, Lemony green beans calls for no broccoli in the ingredients, but includes them in the instructions.These are just the errors I saw during a casual reading of the book. I didn't even attempt to try the recipes with all these mistakes.
A complete waste of time and money. Inside it looks like a very poorly self published mess - three different typefaces on each page, with the actual ingredients section being in so small a font as to be unreadable. And there wasn't a single recipe in there that I would want to cook.

I was hoping to find more soup recipes. Why do kidney recipe books go into detail about kidney disease. I have other books just for that subject. I want a recipe book to be all about recipes!!!
Excellent reference book just needs to be expanded or a Volume 2 issued. Highly recommrnded!
