( could not read the whole book ,It told me to delete from kindle and load from cloud but still only part of the book was down loaded.
I knew that Jim Fixx had died while running, but I never heard why. Everyone should heed his story. Fixx suffered from arteriosclerosis. Had he put as much importance on visiting his Dr. regularly as he did running, he would have known this and still be alive today.
I always wondered what the circumstances were as to why a good runner died so young. I am glad this old article was made available for me to read these many years later.
